Welcome to Raddlebarn Primary School!
A very warm welcome to Raddlebarn Primary School! We are to be found in Selly Oak, Birmingham and have 395 children aged three to eleven at the school.
Our website will give you a flavour of all that we give our children at Raddlebarn ~ I hope that you enjoy browsing and that you find all the information that you need. All the members of our school community are proud of our school and are delighted with the close partnership we have between pupils, staff, parents, governors and the local community.
Here at Raddlebarn your child is at the centre of everything we do. We believe in learning through enjoyment and fun and strive for excellence with and for the children in all areas of school life.
To do this, we develop their strengths and talents, support them with their needs, encourage them with their dreams and aspirations, helping them to reach their full potential academically, socially and emotionally. On the website you will see not only the academic levels we help them to achieve but also the extra-curricular opportunities in music and sport, the outstanding resources and facilities (particularly our state-of-the-art ICT suite and in-class resources), and the care and thought that goes into developing every child and ensuring success for all. Our vision for Raddlebarn is also shown below.
We welcome visitors! Visitors to the school always comment on the calm and purposeful working environment, our friendly and polite pupils, our able and hardworking staff. More than that, though, they feel the ‘buzz’ we all ~ both pupils and staff ~ have for learning. Do come and see for yourself!
If you would like to come and look around school, please call me to arrange an appointment.
